This is a full copy of the Notice of Engagement of Jack Bebbington's promotion in 1943 to Charge Nurse from Attendant. Jack went on to become Deputy Chief Male Nurse at the Royal Albert during a career spanning the early 1920s to 1964.
In this document as well as wages and conditions of service for staff, there is consideration of rules and regulations with regard to residents.
