This programme of 1911 Annual Entertainment has a cast including Joe Alston's father and mother (Miss P Clarkson) and the latter's sister. Joe himself became the Steward at the Royal Albert, working there from 1938 to 1978. His father and mother both started at the institution in1908, leaving to get married in 1915.
